Born and raised in a small town between Veneto and Emilia -Romagna. He has been cooking for as long as he has been alive.

Food is not only a career for Ivan but also medicine for his soul!

Former five star hotel’s chef, he has worked in luxury marinas, on private yachts and restaurants in some of most beautiful places in Italy. In 2013, he landed in Perth, Western Australia, and introduced the city to the authentic regional dish "Piadina", stealing hearts at local events and markets for seven years.

Ivan's passion for classic italian dishes never stops and Pasta e Fagioli is a celebration of simple, regional and timeless recipes.

Ivan and his team can cater to any celebration, from private functions to intimate gatherings.
